Pickup Times: Friday December 12th, 2025, 12pm till 5pm &
Saturday December 13th, 2025, 9:00am till 3:00pm

Power Tools, Dewalt, Ryobi, Milwaukee, Outdoor Power Equipment, Lawn Mowers, Power Washer, Builder Supplies.  Items will be added daily up till day of sale start.

Shipping is offered on large Orders typically 1 or more Pallet sized orders.  If you choose to freight you must use our freight option and pay all freight cost associated.  All other lots and orders must be picked up at our location during the advertised pick-up times.

All items must be picked up on by the Final Pickup Dates advertised, or the items could be considered abandoned unless other arrangements have been made. Please Note: that items that are not picked up by pick-up deadline may result in a per item per day storage charge

Understand that this is an Auction and not a Retail Setting… ALL BIDS ARE FINAL; BIDS CAN'T BE CHANGED AFTER THEY ARE PLACED. ALL BIDS ARE FINAL.  All items are sold "as-is" and "where-is" with no warranties expressed or implied.  items may have damage or missing parts. attending the announced preview, is recommend

PLEASE BE AWARE THAT BOTH PAYMENT AND REMOVAL DEADLINES ARE FIRM. ITEMS NOT PAID FOR AND REMOVED BY THE DEADLINES LISTED WILL BE CONSIDERED ABANDONED AND DISPOSED OF. NO RETURNS FULL OR PARTIAL WILL BE GIVEN ON ABANDONED ITEMS. 

Buyer's Agreement with Terms and Conditions

1. By registering for any auction to bid using bidknisely.com, you “The Bidder” agree to all Terms & Conditions and signify that you “The Bidder” have examined the items to your satisfaction or have chosen not to examine prior to bidding
2. You “The Bidder” understand that we are an Auction company and we sell an array of different items “AS IS, WHERE IS” without returns and refunds.  We are not a retail outlet.
3. You “The Bidder” agree and understand that Knisely Auction Services is not responsible for, and shall not be held liable for any errors, omissions of, or failure to carry out an absentee bid, regardless of how the bid was submitted. This also includes any technical failures that may arise during the auction that affect absentee bids, including but not limited to, internet connections, telephones, computers, and networks
4. You “The Bidder” agree that the auctioneer assumes no liability for any guarantee, injury, damages or any losses incurred in connection with any sale of any item.
5. Invoices are emailed within 24 hours of auction closing.  Please be sure to check spam folder if you don’t receive one. Feel free to call us if you need help getting an invoice.
6. Registration to bidknisely.com will require a valid credit card, email address, mailing address and phone number. Knisely Auction Services LLC has the right to charge all winning bid totals to the card registered on file.  If card is declined, we will charge a lesser amount and consider it a deposit towards your purchases.
7. Declined Credit Cards can lead to buyer removal and bans from future bidding. Non-paying bidders and fraudulent bidder names will also be banned. Reminder after winning bids and auction ends your Card will be charged without refunds.
8. Buyer's Premium 15% for all bidders.  Credit Cards will be charged same day or the following business day for won Items.  Pennsylvania Sales Tax Applies to All Lots sold unless you’re a register business and have sales tax exempt license on file with us. 
9. All items are sold “AS IS / WHERE IS” with no guarantees or warranty of condition and functionality.  All descriptions are believed to be accurate but not warranted.  Measurements are approximate.  You are welcome to come preview and inspect any item at our location prior to start of online bidding.
10. You agree that Knisely Auction Services LLC has the right to reject any bids and/or bidders at our sole discretion for any reason.
11. Auction Preview dates & Pick-up dates can be found under the Auction Information section.  Please be advised you are welcome to come and look at any item/s prior to bidding.
12. Pick-up times are firm. Failure to pick up winnings on the scheduled date will result in storage fee’s and/or item will be considered abandoned and resold without a refund of payment or deposit of payment. All Items must be removed from auction site on the scheduled pick-up dates. If not claimed will be considered forfeited to auctioneer.  Items will be reclaimed and resold without refund.  This is a binding agreement between Knisely Auction Services LLC and you “The Bidder”
13. Knisely Auction Services does not ship single items.  Larger orders which would need by freight only is doable. Call us and we can discuss how to schedule a truck for pick up at buyer's expense.  There will be a charge for Knisely Auction Services LLC to get order freight ready.

15. You understand we use a Staggering Soft Close Auction Format.  Bidding will end once all bids are complete.  Time will extend 3mins for any bid that made the soft close window of time.
16. Purchaser assumes responsibility for items when "sold" or upon delivery to the purchaser.
17. Loading of items.  Knisely Auction Services LLC will get your orders ready, but we will not be loading vehicles or securing loads.  If you bought a lot bring a friend to help, get your items.
18. All items are located in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and considered bought in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.  All paid taxes are for the State of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania where the items are stored and warehoused until pickup.
19. If an Item isn't picked up on time and we need to make other arrangements, there will be a per day per item storage fee for holding the items until claimed.  The fee is $2.00 per day per Item.
